Great River T'ai Chi

The Great River School of T'ai Chi teaches the Yang style syllabus of the British T'ai Chi Ch'uan Association, including Short Form, the warm up set, Chi Kung, pushing hands, Ta Lu, Wabu, Northern Sabre Form and Long Form. From 2009 we will also be teaching San Shou. We also study a wide range of practices to develop rooting, connectedness and silk-reeling, as well as much else.

Great River T'ai Chi was founded by Caroline Ross in 2002 and classes are held all over London and Aberdeenshire. The School also organises workshops and intensives with Caroline's teacher, Mark Raudva.
