WORKSHOPS

Intensives and Introductory Workshops for Great River T'ai Chi students with Mark Raudva are held regularly throughout the year in Aberdeenshire. Four seasonal weekend events are held and an annual week-long intensive. I also help organise and assist at Mark's London workshops which many of my students attend. ABERDEENSHIRE WEEKEND WORKSHOPS WITH MARK RAUDVA

Sample Programme. All classes except sabre are held near Inverurie and cost £15 / £10.

Friday 7-10pm. Ta Lu, Wabu, knocking, etc:

Saturday 2-5pm Long Form

Saturday 7-10pm: Sabre, Sword and Staff (Spear)

Sunday 2-5pm: Short Form workshop

Sunday 7-10pm: Push hands and other partner work with emphasis on softening and yielding.

Workshops with Caroline take place every month and follow a similar programme. In addition there are also places for 121s and there is also usually a Thursday night class to start.

7 DAY T'AI CHI WORKSHOPS WITH MARK RAUDVA

Fetternear Hall, near Inverurie.

4th Annual Week Long Intensive will run from 25th-31st July, 2009.

Friday 7-10pm. The regular Ta Lu, Wabu, knocking practice session.

Workshop: Saturday 2pm - Friday 10pm, (2-5.30pm & 7-10pm daily). Come on the first day and then for as many days as you can come to subsequently. £30 / £20 per day. We all bring food to share at the dinner break. There are spaces for Mark's or Caroline's London students as well as other people to stay with students in the area if you are coming up from London or from elsewhere for £5 per night. Details of local B&B and self catering accommodation are available from Caroline. These weeks are wonderful times to work deeply in a friendly group with exceptional teaching in a beautiful peaceful part of North East Scotand.
